Where the inspiration comes from…

I am a woman of faith. My work is inspired by God. Though I put a great amount of effort into creating delightful little poppies, I love to immerse myself into larger works of art as well. I predominantly work in glass fusion, but I also work with metal, wood, and other found objects.

What drives me is knowing that I’m being utilized by God to reach an individual that He has inspired me to create for. Seeing that moment when they connect with the piece, knowing that God sees them, is powerful. This is why I create. The Master Artist leads me.

But blessed are those who trust in the Lord
and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.
They are like trees planted along a riverbank,
with roots that reach deep into the water.
Such trees are not bothered by the heat
or worried by long months of drought.
Their leaves stay green,
and they never stop producing fruit.
